We take great pride in using only the finest quality ingredients that are preservative and filler-free, and freshly-prepared the old-fashioned way. Our famous Barbecue Ribs and Rotisserie Chicken are always cooked fresh throughout the day, and our signature smoked meats are seasoned and slow-cooked for hours. We make our own soups from scratch daily and we even grind and patty our own hamburgers. The way we do things may require extra effort, but we believe you can really taste the difference.
Penn Station has developed a unique product line that demonstrates, in full customer view, the true quality of our products. Our menu features an array of mouth watering grilled submarine sandwiches, fresh-cut fries and hand-squeezed lemonade. All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables.
