DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate the first outdoor event of the year at the 2016 
 Lilac Time Art and Craft Fair! Over 125 artisans and crafters will be feat
 uring their beautiful and one-of-a-kind handmade creations\, along with ho
 me party vendors\, plenty of entertainment\, food and a FREE Kid Zone! Ple
 ase plan to visit the booths of the businesses listed on the right\, and t
 hank them for helping to keep this area of our event free to all of the fa
 milies. Many of the downtown businesses will be open as well - check out t
 he Lombard restaurants and boutiques. Don't forget to make some time to vi
 sit beautiful Lilacia Park\, an 8.5-acre horticultural showcase featuring 
 700 lilacs and 25\,000 tulips! All ages will enjoy a stroll through the pa
 rk. Lilacia Park is located just to the south of the fair\, and easily acc
 essible using the brand new pedestrian underpass. There is something for e
