DESCRIPTION:LUNCH RSVP POLICY - We ask attendees to please pre-register for
  all chamber lunches. When you pre-register\, we are better able to plan w
 ith the venue for the right amount of meals. Pre-registration (RSVP) shoul
 d be done 3 business days prior (Friday noon for a Wednesday lunch) and wa
 lk-ins may or may not be accommodated. Special dietary needs MUST be arran
 ged 3 business days prior and CANNOT be accommodated day of event. Cancela
 tions less than 24 hours prior to the lunch and no-shows will be charged t
 he full fee amount. We do appreciate your consideration and cooperation on
