 for May 5\, 2019 Lilac Time Art and Craft Fair This annual Lilac Time even
 t\, which has been celebrated for over 20 years\, is the first outdoor eve
 nt of the year in historic downtown Lombard\, IL. Over 100 crafters and ve
 ndors\; Free Kid Zone activities\; Food vendors and restaurants with a var
 iety of fare. Local shops open for business and local music and entertainm
 ent. This event is a short walk to beautiful Lilacia Park which is an 8.5 
 acre horticultural showcase featuring over 700 lilacs and 25\,000 tulips.
