 on. Wes's timely talk will be "Fostering Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion 
 in the Workplace and in the Community." As we all try to understand our ro
 les in today's business and social culture\, Wes defines what equity\, div
 ersity and inclusion truly means. Wes Becton is the Co-founder and CEO of 
 George Washington Street Partners which is an executive leadership\, caree
 r\, and performance coaching and consulting company. Wes is a former Infan
 try Officer and graduate of the Army’s Ranger School. Wes earned degrees
  from George Washington University (BA International Affairs) and Lewis Un
 iversity (MBA Health Care Administration). He has extensive executive lead
 ership and governance experience in a wide range of industries including b
 anking\, education and healthcare. Wes is the former Board Chair of Northe
 astern Illinois University and currently serves on the Boards of Elmhurst 
 College and Pan American Bank. Wes heads up the Diversity\, Equity and Inc
 lusion Task Force of the Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of 
 the International Coach Federation. Wes is a frequent speaker and lecturer
