Horizon OMS is a modern oral and maxillofacial surgery practice serving Lombard and the surrounding western suburbs of Chicago. Led by a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, our practice provides comprehensive surgical care in a comfortable, patient-centered setting.
Our services include wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, full-arch and All-on-X implant surgery, IV sedation, oral pathology, facial trauma, and other oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
