Upcoming 2026 event: Sunday, October 18, noon–5:00 p.m., in Downtown Lombard on St. Charles Road between Main Street and Elizabeth Street. Use the live event calendar to confirm registration and availability.
Halloween fun in Downtown Lombard
Spooktacular includes games, trick-or-treating, a costume contest, scavenger hunt, bounce houses, craft fair, live entertainment, and more.
Vendor and sponsor opportunities
Event Vendor — $150: includes a 10×10 space.
Sponsorships of $500 or more include a 10×10 space, logo on the event website and marketing materials, and signage and promotion throughout the event.
- Event Sponsor — $100: event signage and online listing; space not included.
- Presenting Sponsor — $1,000.
- Scavenger Hunt Sponsor — $750.
- Zoo Sponsor — $500: sign at the zoo; limit two sponsors.
- Dog Costume Contest Sponsor — $500: sign at the tent.
- Music Sponsor — $1,000: stage banner; limit three sponsors.
- Pumpkin Sponsor — $1,000: sign at the pumpkin patch on Park Avenue.
